Michael Eisenhauer Jr. has been in the trades for most of his life. He grew up around the plumbing and excavation business, learning the trade hands-on from his dad and grandfather starting as young as 13 years old! Mike attended Southeastern Regional High School, graduated in 1998 and then began his full-time career with MJ Eisenhauer Plumbing.

For over 30 years, Mike worked alongside his father, Mike Sr., gaining experience in plumbing, heating, site work, excavation, and renovations. If you know Mike, you know he’s never been one to sit still and he’s always been motivated to learn, take on new challenges, and expand his skills, so naturally in 2016, he became the owner of Fed Cap Inc, (in addition to MJ Eisenhauer Plumbing) and took on the role of excavating contractor. He went on to complete countless renovation projects, and in 2004, he built his first new construction home.

Mike takes great pride in doing things the right way, paying close attention to the details that make a project built to last. Whether he’s tackling a plumbing job or a full home renovation, his approach remains the same: do the job right, stand behind the work, and be upfront and honest about costs.

His training has always been a combination of formal education, obtaining various licensing, hands-on experience, and learning from people who have spent their lives in the trades. Throughout the years, he continues to expand his knowledge through ongoing training and real-world experiences. In addition, he recently obtained his master plumbing license which is a major accomplishment and no easy feat. (CONGRATS!!)

Then, in 2024, Mike took on one of his most exciting projects yet. He purchased a piece of property in Foxboro, cleared the land, and began developing four beautiful new homes overlooking a lake. The new street was named Eisenhauer Lane, carrying the family name into yet another chapter. Two of the homes have already been completed, while construction continues for the remaining two!

As it stands today, Mike’s father, Mike Sr., has retired from the business and Mike Jr. has officially stepped into the role as the primary owner, carrying on the family business with the help of his longtime family friend, Joey Chick.
