Julie started working at just fourteen years old at a local flower shop, and that early work ethic has stayed with her ever since. During high school, she began working at the front desk of Keldara Salon and Spa in Dedham, Massachusetts, a place that would become a huge part of her life and career. She has been with Keldara ever since, 26 years!

Julie graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2004 with a degree in Entrepreneurship and a growing passion for the salon and spa industry. She went on to earn several professional licenses, including her esthetician and nail technician licenses, allowing her to work as a service provider in addition to her role at the front desk.

Her hard work, dedication to Keldara, and natural ability to connect with people eventually led her into management, where she has spent many years helping lead the business. Her genuine care for both her employees and customers is one of her greatest qualities and a rare trait to find in today’s world.

In 2008, Julie married Mike Jr. and together they have two children. While Julie may have a full-time career of her own, she has always found a way to lend her time, talents, and support to the family business. So, when Maria decided it was time to retire, it seemed only natural that Julie would step in and gradually take on the financial side of the MJ Eisenhauer Plumbing business on a per diem, as needed basis.

Her willingness to jump in and help wherever she is needed is just another example of the family dedication and teamwork that has helped keep MJ Eisenhauer Plumbing going strong for generations!
